UX Researcher
Job description
At 55 Minutes, user research is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a UX Researcher to help us uncover user needs and translate insights into impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll design and conduct research using various methods, analyze findings to inform design decisions, and collaborate closely with the team to create user-centered solutions. A snapshot of your role
As a UX Researcher, here are some of your responsibilities:
Plan and execute user research to inform product and design decisions
Recommend suitable research methods based on project needs, budget and constraints
Conduct research using interviews, usability testing, surveys and trends analysis
Coordinate research logistics (participant scheduling, consent forms and incentives)
Analyze findings and create tools such as personas, journey maps and data visualizations
Advocate for research insights through presentations and discussions with teams/clients
Transform insights into action by suggesting concepts or facilitating co-creation sessions
Document and share findings through articles, case studies or internal reports
Support design sprints by helping define problem statements, ideation and design
Improve research processes and contribute to growing UX research at 55 Minutes
