Product Owner
Job description
At 55 Minutes, we create human-centered digital products that enhance mental and emotional well-being in the workplace and beyond. As a UX design agency, we’ve helped companies craft impactful user experiences—but we also believe in building our own products that solve real human challenges.
We’ve built TeamTalk and Polaraud, two products that align with the growing demand for preventive healthcare in mental well-being:
TeamTalk: A workplace conversation tool that fosters meaningful conversations and stronger team connections to prevent burnout and disengagement
Polaraud: A personal journaling tool designed to help individuals reflect, recharge, and cultivate emotional resilience
These products are at Version 1.0 and ready for launch—but to succeed, they need a strategic, growth-driven Product Owner to lead them to adoption and market impact.
If you’re excited about scaling products, driving adoption, and creating strategies that lead to business success—we want to hear from you!
Core responsibilities
As Product Owner, you will take TeamTalk and Polaraud from post-development to market success. This means defining a clear go-to-market strategy, prioritizing high-impact growth initiatives, and working across teams to drive user adoption and engagement.
You will be leading product adoption, launch strategy, and revenue generation while ensuring a great user experience.
Your key responsibilities
Product adoption & go-to-market strategy
Define clear adoption & growth metrics for TeamTalk and Polaraud
Work with marketing & leadership to execute launch and acquisition strategies
Analyze early user behavior and optimize onboarding & retention flows
Identify strategic partnerships & sales opportunities for B2B/B2C adoption
Product strategy & continuous improvement
Develop and maintain a 3-6 month product roadmap focused on growth & engagement
Prioritize product enhancements that drive user engagement & retention
Conduct market research to refine positioning and competitive differentiation
Data-driven performance tracking
Define and monitor KPIs: adoption rate, retention, feature engagement
Use data analytics & user insights to inform product decisions
Experiment with growth strategies (e.g., A/B testing onboarding flows)
Stakeholder management & cross-team collaboration
Align marketing, sales, and tech teams to execute product goals
Communicate product vision & priorities with leadership
Manage expectations between business goals and user needs
