With healthcare, banking and government resources now online, it's important to bridge the digital gap for seniors to be able to avail of these services. How might we apply inclusive and accessible design principles to create an uncomplicated, easy-to-navigate user experience for the elderly?
Solution
A design guide that examines the difficulties faced by seniors in Singapore when adopting and using technology and provides guiding principles to create better digital experiences for them.
